Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of delivery date
  • Unused condition — item has not been used 
  • Original packaging — item is in its original packaging
  • No damage — item is free from scratches, marks, or modifications
  • Proof of purchase — order confirmation email or packing slip

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Items that show signs of use or damage including damage caused by shipping
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Just follow these steps:

Email us at support@stackersupplyco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

2Receive Authorization
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3Pack Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging. Include your RMA number inside the package.

4Ship It Back
Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refund Process

Once your return is received at our facility:

  1. We'll inspect the item within 2 business days
  2. You'll receive an email confirming approval or denial
  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
  4. Refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned with signs of use
  • Items not in original packaging

To request an exchange:

  2. Let us know which item you'd like instead
  3. We'll confirm availability and provide instructions

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new item has a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a Damaged Item?

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes damage occurs during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage (item and packaging)
  3. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order?

  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately at support@stackersupplyco.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.
  • Custom Orders Before shipping: If your order is custom you can cancel within 24 hours from placement of order for a full refund. You can cancel between 24-48 hours from order placement for a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours. 
  • After shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item following our standard return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account — Refunds may take time to post
  2. Contact your credit card company — Processing times vary
  3. Contact your bank — There may be a processing delay
  4. Contact us — If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, email us at support@stackersupplyco.com

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once we receive and process the returned item.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
