All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stackersupplyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable. 

6.3 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6.4 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6.5 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

19. Force Majeure
